The Commission Flow “Pro Pro Pro” Christmas Campaign comprises of two promotional offers:

 Pro Pro Pro Apple Draw (“Campaign”)

Campaign commences at 12:00am AEDT on 1 December 2025 and concludes at 5:00pm AEDT on 19 December 2025.

 

Eligibility

  • The Campaign is open exclusively to Commission Flow clients operating under a business entity structure in Australia who receive a Commission Advance between 1 December and 19 December 2025.
  • Employees of Real Estate Advance Pty Ltd, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

     

Entry Details

  • One (1) automatic entry will be granted per approved and drawn advance between 1 December and 19 December 2025.
  • Each entry will be valid for all subsequent draws, not just the week the Commission Flow advance is processed.
  • There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may earn.
  • All entries are collected and stored securely; no personal data will be shared with any third parties.

     

Draw Dates & Prizes

Draws will be conducted digitally at 11:00am AEDT on the following dates:

  • Monday 8 December 2025
  • Monday 15 December 2025
  • Monday 22 December 2025

Each draw is treated as a separate promotion. The prizes include:

  1. Apple AirPods Pro (3rd Generation)
  2. iPhone 17 Pro 256GB (Deep Blue)
  3. iPad Pro (M5) 11” WiFi 256GB (Space Black)

Total prize pool is estimated at $4,101 AUD. Prize values are based on retail pricing available at the time of drafting. All prizes will be delivered prior to Christmas, where possible.

Winners will be notified via phone and email. Draws will be recorded and shared via the Real Flow website and on social media platforms.

 

 Pay No Interest until 2026 (Interest-free)

Eligibility

  • New clients (defined as those who have not drawn a Commission Flow Advance prior to 3rd December 2025) are eligible for the Interest-free offer.
  • Commission Advances approved and drawn on 3rd December 2025 until 5:00pm AEDT on 24th December 2025.
  • Commission Advances are repaid within 24 hours of settlement date.
  • Settlement date /repayment date after 26 January 2026.
  • Existing clients are not eligible for the Interest-free offer.
  • Employees of Real Estate Advance Pty Ltd, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

     

Offer Details

  • No Advance Fees charged on Commission Advances from the draw (funded) date until 1st January 2026.
  • The Interest-free benefit will automatically be applied and does not affect standard fees or charges outside the promotion.

     

General Terms

  • The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
  • The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

  • Winners may request to remain anonymous and will be accommodated to the extent allowed by law and operational constraints.
